Terms of purchase of goods

 

Please get acquainted and accept the most important SIA “Go4Glue” attached below, unified reg.No. 40203131699 (hereinafter – the Seller) the terms of purchase of the offered goods.

As the sale of the goods offered by the Seller takes place through an offer posted on the Internet, in accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in such a case, the Buyer Regulation No. 255 of May 2006 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”).

 

  1. All prices of goods are indicated, including Value Added Tax 21%. The cost of the goods delivery service is not included in the indicated price of the goods.
  2. The Buyer can pay for the ordered product, the selected delivery service and additional services offered by the Seller using a bank transfer or payment card. When delivering by courier service to the address specified by the buyer, it is also possible to pay in cash at the time of receipt of the goods. Cash payment is not possible when delivering goods to Evergrate partners.
  3. When placing an order, the Buyer needs to provide a valid e-mail address so that the Seller can send instructions, invoice, etc. the necessary documentation.
  4. The Buyer undertakes to receive the ordered goods within three working days from the moment when the Seller announces that the order has been sent to the Buyer or prepared for receipt. In case the goods have not been received due to the fault of the Buyer within 3 working days from the notification of sending the goods, the goods are sent back to the Seller. In this case, the Buyer and the Seller agree on the receipt of the goods and payment for it.
  5. If you change your mind and decide to cancel the purchase, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPC) and the regulatory Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” (Cabinet Regulation No. 255) stipulate that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for 14 calendar days. and return the product purchased in the online store to the seller. Article 12 (6) of the PTAL provides that, in the case of a distance contract, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal”. We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the product, so that when exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Agreement, the product would not be mechanically damaged externally. The seller reserves the right to refuse to accept the goods that are damaged, incomplete, used or in any other way do not correspond to the original condition of the delivered goods.
  6. The buyer can return the goods in Riga, Mazā nometņu Street 33.
  7. The fact that the buyer has received the goods is confirmed by:
    • Upon receipt of the ordered product with delivery to the customer’s address – the buyer’s signature on the courier / order issuer’s electronic terminal or acceptance-transfer deed;
    • Upon receipt of the product at the Go4Glue Ltd. partner’s signature on the deed of delivery and acceptance
  8. After confirming the receipt of the goods, an electronic invoice is sent to the Buyer. The bill of lading is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.If during the use of the product the product has problems related to a manufacturing defect, the warranty service of the product will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL). The product can be applied for warranty service only together with the purchase documents. Purchase documents are valid only if they are correctly and clearly indicated and legible: product model, article number, date of sale. It is forbidden to make any changes, delete or overwrite the data indicated in the purchase documents – in this case, the service documents will be declared invalid.
  9. Complaints received regarding the quality of the product will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (PTAL), in accordance with the regulatory regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 631. “Procedures for Applying for and Examining a Consumer’s Claim for a Goods or Services Not Conforming to the Provisions of the Contract” (Cabinet Regulation No. 631).
  10. Please note that the PTAL rules do not apply to cases where the product is purchased by legal entities.
  11. The seller is free to initiate various marketing activities, incl. loyalty programs.
  12. The seller can give discounts and bonuses to its customers
  13. In connection with the services to be performed, the Seller is entitled to send the Buyer notifications, reminders about the started but not completed services and other information to the entered e-mail address in order to ensure the appropriate quality of service.
  14. In case you have applied for news when registering or making purchases in the online store evergrate.lv, the Seller can send informative messages to the Buyer by e-mail and sms.
  15. If you want to unsubscribe from receiving news by e-mail, sms, click on the link – “unsubscribe from messages” in the received message
  16. The online store evergrate.lv reserves the right not to service the order if the online store fails to contact the customer by his phone number or e-mail.
  17. If you choose to pay for the order with a bank payment card, please read the daily payment limits of your bank card before payment.
  18. The person responsible for completing the order and compiling the shipping document is indicated on the document confirming the purchase or the bill of lading. The existence of the name of the responsible person indicated on the document is equivalent to the signature of that person.
  19. Acceptance of the product and quality inspection is performed upon delivery of the product, in the presence of both parties and the parties check whether the product or its packaging is defective.
  20. The buyer is obliged to use the product only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, in accordance with the product’s characteristics and intended use.
  21. The seller uses the e-mail address and / or mobile phone number provided by the buyer when registering to communicate with the buyer. All notices delivered to the buyer to the e-mail address and telephone number specified in the order shall be deemed received.
  22. All communication with the Seller must be performed by the Buyer using the contact information provided on the Seller’s website evergrate.lv. In case the Buyer has questions related to the order, he must indicate the order number and date in the communication.
  23. The website of the online store uses cookies. By using this website, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies for performance / analytical purposes.
  24. The buyer agrees that the data transferred during the purchase process (name, surname, telephone, e-mail, address, bank account number, purchase amount, purchased goods) may be transferred to other legal entities (SIA Omniva, SIA Latvijas Pasts or other purchasing companies) such as the provision of delivery services.
